Fees are negotiable.

Most of the time we know how long the various parts of a project will take. We prefer a flat fee with our obligations carefully detailed.

Regardless of fee type, we charge based on the type of work we do for you. Drawings and designing cost the most with Office/Studio paperwork the least. When we’ve sorted it all out we’re competitive.

 

 Custom Design Chair

Detailed custom design such as the chair above add Drawing/Design time resulting in higher fees - but it's worth it! (Bird inset standard design from Twists & Turns Manufacturing of Roanoke, VA.)

 

 

 Closet Design

This closet design has closet components, sizes, and layout to scale. The design and drawing costs were kept to a minimum as standard closet component sizes were used and the drawings were done with very little detail.
